I make cakes. I worked as a chef at the former restaurant of the year, however it was only recently that I realized I want to do something else - something that was my passion for a long time; baking cakes. Be it a classical, round sponge cake, or a specially crafted shape, with detailed sugar paste elements, I can make them to fit your order.

So now you're asking - why me? There's plenty of other bakers in Northamptonshire. Well at ByBozena I believe that cakes are as much about taste as they are about presentation. In this day and age we have many beautiful cake sculptors who can create bespoke and wonderful designs with sugar paste. However, that is where the taste is lost. The overwhelmingly sweet taste of the gum paste takes away all the joy of eating, as all the flavors are either not there, or washed away by the artificial sweeteners. I try to balance taste and aesthetics to ensure the recipient of the cake enjoys both receiving the cake, as well as eating it. But don't take my word for it; take the Wellingborough Bake Off Judge's! I am proud to announce I came first in the sponge cakes category.
In this day and age not all people know exactly what flavor they want. That's fine, as that is why I am here. If you're unsure about anything, just ask while ordering, tell me what flavors you like (chocolate, cream, vanilla etc.) and well find the perfect combination for you.

One of the drawbacks of ordering food from private businesses is the uncertainty when it comes to hygiene. Do not worry! unlike many of my competitors, ByBozena is registered to the government as a small business and gets regular workplace hygiene checks. I am proud to announce that right now I have a 5 Star Food Hygiene rating!
General Policy

All of our cakes are freshly made from scratch. We use good quality ingredients and the cakes are bespoke, so we cannot compete with supermarket prices. Please, bare this in mind that when ordering a cake.

Please respect my time and collect your cake at the exact previously agreed upon time.

We can deliver your ordered cake to your door for an additional fee agreed when ordering a cake.

CakesByBozena cannot take any responsibility for damage to cakes when collected and transported by customers. No responsibility can be taken by CakesByBozena for any subsequent damage once the cake has been handed over to the customer or venue.

When travelling DO NOT place the cake on a seat in a car! The cake should be placed either in the boot or the foot well of the car on a non slip mat. Extra care should be taken when driving as some elements can be delicate.

All of the cakes should be consumed within 3 days from delivery date. Also, cakes with fresh cream, mascarpone cheese etc. should be refrigerated until consumption.

Cakes ByBozena is NOT an allergy free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies.

In case of complaint, cakes, parts of cakes or cupcakes , must be returned to us in 24hours to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of complaint. If you are trying to refund, you must return at least 75% of the uneaten product withing 24 hours of delivery.
